Cancellation Policy

Responsibility Disclaimer

Attendees are fully responsible for their personal belongings during the event. The organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Invitation Letter

Invitation letters will only be issued via email to registered participants.

Registration Transfer Policy
  • Transfers are allowed only for fully paid registrations.
  • A written request must be submitted to the Program Manager within 30 days of registration.
  • Transfers are allowed only if the original participant cannot attend.
  • No refund is allowed for transferred registrations.
VISA Guidelines

Participants must apply for a VISA immediately after registration. Conxtell will guide but not directly interact with embassies. VISA issues are not covered under the cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

If a participant cannot attend and hasn’t opted for cancellation/transfer, the following refund terms apply:

  • Before 50 days of the conference: 50% refund.
  • Before 30 days of the conference: No refund.

Note: 20% of the registration fee is deducted as a service charge. No refund is given for accommodation fees.

*In case of COVID-19-related postponement or conversion to a webinar, registration fees will be carried forward to the next event.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, accommodation cannot be canceled. However, limited modifications may be allowed depending on availability.

Postponement Policy

Any registration modifications must be informed to the Program Manager. In case of postponement, the paid registration fee will be credited toward any other Conxtell event within the next two years.

Insurance

No insurance is covered under the registration fee. Participants are advised to arrange personal travel and health insurance.

Transportation

All transportation to and from the venue is the participant's responsibility.

Media & Press

Media entry requires prior approval. Being a non-profit organization, we discourage commercialization of the event.
