If a registered participant is unable to attend the conference physically due to unforeseen circumstances—and has not opted for cancellation, postponement, or registration transfer—the following refund rules apply:

Refund Conditions

• Before 50 days of the conference date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Before 30 days of the conference date: No refund applicable.

* If the event is postponed or converted into a webinar due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the paid registration fee will be automatically carried forward to a future Conxtell Conferences event.
